TIME_LOCK_TEMPLATE_SCRIPT_HASH

Hash160 (RIPEMD160 of SHA256) of the time lock template script.

This hash is committed in every time lock vault address. Any change to the template script bytes will produce a different hash and break compatibility with vaults already on-chain.
